Hello friends, I hope today you are well and filled with joy. I heard my hooman, Rob, talking the other day about this big word – omnipotent. I asked him what it meant. He told me it meant having unlimited power and authority. He then told me only God embodies omnipotence. Only God. I love Bible stories involving animals (there are many awesome ones, although not many about dogs). Thus, I asked Rob if there was a story of omnipotence that involved and animal. He opened his Bible and read this,“ Aaron threw his staff down in front of Pharaoh and his officials, and it became a snake. Pharaoh then summoned wise men and sorcerers, and the Egyptian magicians also did the same things by their secret arts: Each one threw down his staff and it became a snake. But Aaron’s staff swallowed up their staffs” (Ex. 7:10-12). Others might have the appearance of real power, but only God has omnipotence. And the omnipotent one is on our side!
